(More customer reviews)My son adores the Clone Wars series and he adores Legos, and he REALLY loves the figures. Needless to say, Captain Rex is a hit, in a big way.
It's amazing how many strange things can be made for Captain Rex to shoot, fly, ride, catapult, defeat and otherwise have fun with. One criticism my mother had with the 'new Legos' (the ones with a predetermined theme rather than the generic blocks of old) was that imagination would be stunted. Captain Rex (and his friends and all associated bits and pieces) prove otherwise. Many fabulous creations have been made, but the character figures are what drive the focus for my son.
Did I mention Captain Rex is his favorite? In any case, was it worth spending close to $20 to get a figure that should be in (a very costly) set? Well, after watching my son play for HOURS...the answer is YES. Any other figure would be in the 4 star category, but not this one.
