(More customer reviews)I picked this up for my 7 year old son for his birthday. He was able to assemble the kit without assistance, except for the stickers which I helped him with. I'm a plane buff, so I'm glad he picked out this model. The Plane is based on the Horton HO 229, which was a jet developed by the Nazi's toward the end of WWII. The plane is modified to match the one that appears in the Indiana Jones movie... with propellers instead of jets. The wing is one large piece with 2 winglets added on to the wingtips. This makes it very sturdy for play. The large stickers used for camouflage would be a little difficult for a kid to apply, end I had a little trouble getting one in the right position... just be careful and take your time. It's a great model, from a classic scene of a great movie!
