(More customer reviews)The Terrain Crusher is a Lego set that falls under the "Tiny Turbo's" sector of Lego toys. I am not a big fan of these toys, although I cannot say that they are the worst product I have ever seen for the price I paid for the 8130 set (KBToys.com clearance for $5.99).
The actual set only comes with just enough pieces to construct the car shown on the box and I have to say that the picture of the box and the car itself were mildly deceiving and I expected the products itself to be a lot bigger than it was. Aside from the size of the set not meeting my expectations the other major negative for me in this set was the lack of step by step instructions. The instructions provided give pictures as how to's but these pictures incorporate many steps in to one picture and make it very confusing to follow.
The positive side of this kit is that it is Lego, which means it's compatible with any other Lego play set and can be integrated as either a piece of an existing set or simply as extra Lego bricks as needed. Another positive of this set is that Lego is durable making it a long lasting toy, which for the price I paid for my set is a huge plus.
If you're looking for a Lego set that is under $5 I believe that you're in the right market with the 8130; however, if you have more money to spend take a look around at other available play sets such as the movie themed sets and I believe you will be more satisfied with your purchase than you would with the 8130 set.
