(More customer reviews)Let's start by saying this toy is not about playing King Arthur with your kids. Don't think you're going to pop this thing open and have fun "adventures in Camelot". This toy is about spending hours building, and re-building King Arthur's castle from tiny blocks that do not fit together very well. My best guess is that it's designed by Jigsaw from the Saw movie series as a torture device for parents. Sawing off your leg would be preferable to engaging with this toy.
Parents alert - Unless you have an older kid who has an incredible amount of patience for building stuff with shoddy materials, do not buy this toy. You will wind up spending your entire day attempting to put this thing together.
Note to toy designer - Get an effing clue. This toy takes a LONG time for an adult to put together. Here's another clue. Most parents do not want to spend their entire day putting this POS together, only to have someone step on it destroying their entire days work. What the heck are you supposed to do with a fragile construction like this when it's done? The designer can't even hid behind the "it's meant to be a model for display" excuse, because it comes with "action" parts. It's just really poorly designed.
The only possible way to get any satisfaction out of this toy is to super glue the parts together so it doesn't fall apart so easily. Have you ever super glued 7 billion legos together? Not fun.
I would recommend this to people who enjoy extended frustration, and unhappy children. It gets 1 star only because Amazon doesn't allow 0 or negative stars.
