(More customer reviews)Hooray, the Series 3 Lego mystery minifigures are here! Yeah, by now I'm more excited about these things than my son is. We have 16 new figures to collect, including this Rapper.
The Rapper has a "street clothes" body design, and the head features a slight beard and a pair of sunglasses (that look a bit `80s actually). He comes with a hat (to be worn sideways of course), microphone and a boombox, plus the basic figure stand. I love the boombox, but the figure looks like the Lego equivalent of Britney Spears ex Kevin Federline, which is kind of sad.
I'm going to call this one a dud, but you may get some mileage out of it if you combine it with the LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 2 Pop Star and stage a Lego Britney tabloid adventure. Bonus points for shaved heads and/or endangered offspring.
