(More customer reviews)I have the firehouse/police station kit. The Best-Lock parts are better than most generic blocks, but not quite the real thing. The quality of the designs varied from item to item. Some were rock solid (airplane, fire truck), some needed extra parts to make everything hold together well (fire house). Instructions clear enough for over-40 mom to follow. Clear plastic blocks are a very little bit larger than solid color blocks, so some creativity and shimming was required to make everything line up. But there were plenty of extra blocks to do that.
