(More customer reviews)Velika is a great Bionicle. one of the only reasons I got him was because I am a collector and I had no brown bionicles. But now that I have it, I realize it's awesomeness. The Power Carvers (shovels# prove to be useful in combat and the fact that they can cut through any surface using energy is helpful. They can also clamp together to mace some sort of a drill, but it can be hard to get his arms in the right position for this. His mask power is very cool #mind control#. I noticed that all the Voya Matoran have the same masks as the toa metru of their same color. Velika's build is very cool, I like the use of a Bohrok foot as the body, and the long, poseable arms are very convenient. He is a short, compact character with a mask that shows personality. There are only a few cons to this figure, one being that when you put his shovels together, they are way down low by his feet, or way up high behind his head. Also, because it would not fit with the Bohrok foot, his head has no translucent eyepiece, so he looks kind of blind. I also have Kazi, another member of the Voya Nui Resistance Team, and they go together quite well, both having mind powers #Kazi has tellekenisis). I like Velika better, though, because Kazi has no legs, just feet attached to his body.:) Despite his cons, i think Velika is an ingenious Bionicle, and a great edition to any bionicle collection.
